These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CoastGate Garage Door Repair website and the services provided by CoastGate (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or booking service, you agree to these Terms.
CoastGate provides residential and light-commercial garage door repair, installation, and maintenance services in and around Seabrook, TX. Descriptions of services on the Site are provided for general information; final scope and pricing are agreed on-site in a written quote.
Prices listed on the Site are estimates only. A firm price is provided in writing after on-site inspection and requires your approval before work begins. All approved work is quoted flat-rate — no hidden charges are added later.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash and ACH transfer. Past-due balances may incur a 1.5%/month finance charge and any reasonable collection costs.
Workmanship on repairs is warranted for one (1) year from the date of service. New-door installations carry a five (5) year workmanship warranty. Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (typically 1–15 years). The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, storms, vehicle impact, unauthorized modification or normal wear.
Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to two (2) hours before the arrival window at no charge. A $59 trip fee may apply for missed appointments with no notice.
You agree to provide safe access to the work area and to secure pets and children during service. Garage door components (particularly springs and cables) are under high tension and can cause serious injury; only trained technicians should adjust them.
You agree not to (a) reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Site, (b) attempt to interfere with its operation, or (c) use it to transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content. We may suspend access for any user who violates these rules.
All content on the Site — including logos, text, images and code — is owned by CoastGate or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright law. You may not reproduce it without written permission.
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoastGate disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoastGate's total liability arising out of or related to the Site or any service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. CoastGate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold CoastGate harmless from any claim arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute lies with the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version takes effect when posted. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
